Physical wellbeing
Anyone who comes to the hospital or is brought to a health facility is likely to be suffering physically. In most cases, the conditions which are mainly illnesses or injuries cause pain and physical discomfort CITATION Bri06 \l 1033 (Seaward, 2006). Some parts of the body are not working properly in this state are not working properly and hence the patient is suffering. The intervention and medical procedures administered to the client are meant to relieve that pain and restore the normal functioning of the body. Hence, I primarily pursue physical wellbeing of my client to ensure that he/she is treated and the body resumes normal functioning for the comfort and better quality of life for the patient to the degree that it is possible.
Emotional wellbeing
Illnesses and injuries bring emotional distress. Some conditions are not curable and only manageable and they take a toll on the emotional wellbeing of the client CITATION Bri06 \l 1033 (Seaward, 2006). Thus, as a healthcare practitioner, I have to try what is workable in my capacity to alleviate emotional suffering. In some cases, emotional wellbeing may necessitate spiritual intervention to help the patient come to terms with reality and give them hope.
Spiritual wellbeing
Many patients lose hope when sick and they need a connection to a higher power to restore hope that better days lay ahead. Spiritual wellbeing is important as it helps the patient maintain a positive outlook of the therapeutic process and raise their spirits even when their situations are dire CITATION Bri06 \l 1033 (Seaward, 2006). Thus, in ensuring that a patient receives comprehensive care, it is important that you make him/her feel secure under higher power.

Personal responsibility
In any interprofessional team, personal responsibility is critical in ensuring that the team produces optimal results. For each team member is assigned a responsibility that he/she must deliver and therefore failure to be personally accountable brings down the team’s productivity and overall performance. Optimal performance and productivity are only possible when each member of an interprofessional team is personally responsible and accountable to the team’s objectives.
Greater good
An interprofessional team has to come together for the greater good. Some cases need expertise from different fields and the diverse knowledge and expertise held by different individuals must all bed directed for the greater good CITATION Fra15 \l 1033 (Farrar, 2015). Hence the goals of an interprofessional team must be anchored in beneficence which is a key principle of ethical healthcare.
