Like other fields, healthcare also employs ethics in controlling healthcare to offer the best services. However, despite the application of these ethics, there have been instances where the organization has suffered from various compliance and ethical concerns. Since these concerns negatively affect individuals, different literature has been employed to address these concerns. Some common concerns include patient privacy and confidentiality, euthanasia, and patient-informed consent. This research will examine these ethical concerns and how they could be addressed in healthcare.
Patient confidentiality and privacy have remained to be one of the greatest ethical issues in healthcare. When patients visit the healthcare facility, they are usually asked for personal information by healthcare providers.
