Employees require a conducive work environment in order for them to be able to achieve organizational goals. Such an environment is characterized by friendly coworkers and cooperative supervisors. In the case of Sarah, her work environment is inconducive, and therefore, this could affect her effectiveness in achieving the set objectives. Therefore, as her supervisor, I would address the coworkers in regards to her condition and let Sarah inform them that her condition is no longer contagious. As a result, they would refrain themselves from isolating her but rather show her sympathy, which would make her feel wanted in the workplace (Ladegaard, Skakon, Elrond & Netterstrøm, 2019).
