Conversely, the Joint Commission focuses on evaluating the quality of services in hospitals, laboratories, and other medical institutions. Both organizations use different parameters to conduct the performance of their targets. Health care organizations use various quality assurance techniques to maximize customer satisfaction.
One of the primary advantages of a robust healthcare quality assurance program is its ability to identify problems that can affect patient care or safety and make instant changes. Process checklist is one of the standard techniques used by healthcare organizations to maintain quality.
