My main goal as an educator is to make learning inclusive and supportive for all students, especially exceptional learners. Effective instruction and assessment in an inclusive or mainstream setting are my focus. Time management comes first. Time limits during testing affect all pupils, including exceptional learners. I will educate them on how to manage exam section time. I might introduce a time tracker so students can measure their progress and modify their pace.
