A countries spending can either make such a country to succeed or suffer from economic ruin. It is for this reason that most countries are keen to balance between governments spending against the income. Since a country must continue offering services to her citizens, prioritization plays a vital role of ensuring only viable and most crucial projects are funded by the government.
Some proponents support the cut off in federal programs with the view that the country is spending a lot of money on what they perceive as being not very important. An example is giving of aid to other countries when the citizens are made to pay taxes. On the other hand, some people feel that there should be no need to implement cut off in the federal programs since this will affect the service delivery provided to her citizens. The proponents of this argument believe US is spending money wisely and they believe that cut off from programs like defense and Medicare will compromise their security and health. This means citizens security will be compromised which in turn may affect the economy negatively.
My opinion on cut off is that it should be implemented. It is sad to see US citizens paying taxes and working very hard and at the end, part of such funds are directed as funds to other countries. ...
