Reflection on the Use of SVO and ELAN and Learning French Sign Language

My Reflection
I learned that SVO is the most commonly used sign language worldwide. However, some countries will sometimes use OSV. As I watched KJ's video, I realized that the lady often signed with SVO. I hadn't learned that myself and had to keenly analyze the lady's sign language. This helped me understand SVO and relate it to how deaf people use it in ASL.
A good example is learning how to use ELAN, which has become very helpful. Personally, until I studied a course in Linguistics, I did not know anything about grammar and ASL.
