This week’s readings have been quite enlightening for me. I have been able to learn a lot about the various items and how to frame them to yield the best possible feedback from the targeted respondent. There are certain distinct aspects that need to be considered in the framing of these questions, so as to achieve the overall required goal. There is need for the questions, especially the completion items, to provide an open avenue that does not really give any clues to the respondent, but at the same time have the precision and objectivity to guide the person
