Teaching Philosophy
I believe that my primary role as a teacher is to motivate, inspire, and impart necessary knowledge and skills to learners for cognitive, social, and intellectual growth. I will always ensure that I am familiar with the learners' different capabilities, needs, and interests for efficient and effective knowledge delivery. Similarly, as a teacher, I would make sure that the learners are engaged in the instructional process by offering them participatory educational adventures concerning their lives since that is a vital element of education. I believe a learner connects easily with real-life situations, making teaching easier for both teachers and learners. A teacher implements substitute ways to inspire learners to be more and do more because they are the primary element in education (Kizi & Ugli, 2020).
