Explain strategies you would use to address personal and social development issues within the scenario.

Being an educator is not limited to school grounds; sometimes, an educator needs to go outside the school property to educate others better. Students have two lives, their lives at home and their lives at school. A student might show problems in school when they have issues in their home and vise versa. Solving this kind of problem means engaging yourself with the students' parents for immediate solutions. This article will address the best strategies for solving specific scenarios provided in a different sheet of the copy.
Personal and Social Development Scenarios
Scenario 1
First, I would initiate a parent meeting to solve the problem better. As an Educator, I would discuss the benefits of being a responsible and polite student. After that, I would suggest that they also educate their child at home about being a good listener and speaker. For example, when they said disrespect to others, they should be educated for their misdeeds, even in little something like cutting their allowance or giving them a small pinch. Scenario 2
Students' parents should also tell their child that we are all the same only our appearance differ from them.
