Emerging Themes in Strategic Operations
When building a strategic operations plan, many key themes emerge to address the goals and objectives. A major theme is improving patient care through innovation and efficiency using technology to simplify processes and enhance results (Wang & Sambir, 2019). A second theme is staff development, as well as leadership. All of which is intentional and designed to ensure success. There is also an emphasis on community involvement and outreach, and more. It is important for both the internal and external stakeholders to have a positive relationship in working and steering common success.
