Gather all the resources necessary to input relevant information in the template.
Create your strategic operations plan and complete the information in each category. Incorporate the KPIs you developed in Module 5. Explain how the plan considers stakeholders and builds organizational value in a 3- to 5-minute audiovisual presentation.

Select a digital tool to create your narrated presentation with supporting slides or other visuals.
Develop slides or other visuals to present the information you developed. Use screenshots to show parts of your completed plan. A best practice is to compose a script or talking points to use while recording the narration. Include an APA formatted reference slide.
Practice your presentation and then record it.
