Step 2 Based on your professional observations, evaluate your findings and determine which categories align with your organization's goals, internal and external stakeholder needs, and projected outcomes. Consider areas with a disconnect and how to integrate innovative strategies for organizational stakeholders. Step 3 Create a framework for your strategic operations plan with preselected categories aligned to the organizational mission and goals. Share the template with organizational leaders to gather their feedback and insights. Step 4 Incorporate their feedback and organize your strategic operations plan template with the categories you selected in a table or spreadsheet. Include an APA-formatted reference page. Step 5 Select a tool to record a short webcam video.
