#Procedure 1 Going to the Bathroom

To minimize distractions with other students during the class
1 Raise your hand to notify the teacher you need attention/ walk slowly and quietly from your desk to the teachers.
2 Have a bathroom pass with you for signing. These are issued at the beginning of the school term.
The procedure will be introduced at the beginning of the term.
The teacher will demonstrate how to fill the bathroom pass and show the student a special hand-raising signal to seek permission to leave the class.
The teacher will practice with the students at the beginning of the term and have older students who have understood the procedure demonstrate to the new ones.
The teacher will notice the students who follow the instruction and give permission as required to reinforce behavior.
#Procedure 2 Submissions of Assignments

1 All physical assignments to be submitted on the due date before the class begins.
2 All online assignments to be submitted through the class email address n the due date on or before 8 a.m.

The teacher will show the students the designated spot to leave their physical assignments.
The teacher will issue the class email address that will be used during the term.
The teacher will guide the students on submission during the first week of learning.
The teacher will issue a notification to the parents to ensure they remind the students about doing their assignments on time.
#Procedure 3 Using the Class Library

1 Request to borrow a book from the library by filling in the sign-out sheets.
2 Pick the book you need from the shelves.

The teacher will practice with all the students when they check out a book for the first time.
At the end of the term, the teacher will ensure all books are returned and are in good shape and follow up o damaged ones.
