Is there such thing as perfect parents? Maybe, most may say yes because they experienced the endless caress, genuine support, and unconditional love of their parents as they grow old. Others may also say no because what they encountered might be extreme fear, hatred, insecurities, and loneliness as their parents abandoned them during the needy days of their childhood. People may always have different responses in responding to this question but one thing's for sure. No matter how good, bad, loose, or strict they are, our parents are still the perfect choice and the perfect option which the Almighty God chose to fit into our seamless flaws, edges, and imperfections.
My parents, just like other ordinary parents, are also not perfect. They commit mistakes; experience failure faces shortcomings and even considered to be victims of careless actions. However, what makes them different is that they never stop working to be the better versions of themselves so that they can be the good role models that I can emulate in the future. My mother would be the ideal mother that every child wishes to have. She might be strict and moody at times but how she shows her unconditional love will make everything more than to what I deserve to have. We might not be rich and I cannot have everything that I needed and wanted but I never feel any incompleteness at all. Support would be the best superpower she endlessly shared.
