My overall goal is to start an overseas education consulting firm, to position and treat all my students who study abroad not as ‘problems’ to be solved but as ‘assets’ in schools abroad and to internationalization and the generation of new knowledge and new ways of working in the academy (Ryan, 2011).

Higher learning institutions have been areas where learners refine their skills and gain knowledge relevant to their areas of specialization. International study options have been a common choice for students in the 21st century as people seek to specialize in areas not offered in their regional colleges or seek quality education. Even though international students have more study options than before, the leadership in international universities often view them as sources of income. The ever-evolving marketplace in the current society requires governments to encourage local universities to recruit students from their country and overseas. This paper analyzes global education leadership beliefs, their role across different sectors, the qualities of an international education leader, as well as my overall goal for global education leadership.
1 What is your belief about global education leadership?
Universities and colleges allow students of all ages to learn and embrace transformation with the guidance of experts in various fields. The contemporary education system has policies that ensure the presence of both national and international students is recognized. Global education leadership must promote inclusivity and diversity in educational practices. This may involve culturally sensitive communication, addressing systemic racial and ethnic differences, and implementing a multicultural leadership system. A cross-cultural understanding and collaboration will be useful in addressing global challenges encountered in education and knowledge sharing (Ryan, 2011). Moreover, global education leadership fosters a sense of global citizenship and responsibility. When international students are treated fairly in the countries in which they are studying, they will readily accept to join the nation’s workforce.
2 What role do you believe educational leadership plays in the classroom, school, community, and society?
Leadership in the education sector involves guiding and directing stakeholders appropriately to ensure the completion of assigned tasks and the achievement of learning objectives. Leadership also involves solving challenges, effective decision-making, and creating conducive environments to achieve academic goals. In the classroom setting, instructors lead and effectively guide students by creating awareness, upgrading their competencies, and championing positive changes in the courses offered over time. Educational leadership drives strategic planning, resource allocation, and continuous improvement efforts in schools.
