The interview was conducted on an individual aged 35 years and female. The interviewee is in the healthcare profession, working as a nurse in charge. The rationale that led to the interviewee becoming a nurse is the need to transform the lives of others and put smiles on the faces of depressed people. She notes that working as a nurse is fulfilling to her; however, just like any career, there are challenges that individuals face, such as burnout and a high number of patients (Cattermole, 2019). The interviewee is in a managerial position, and therefore, the interview helps in determining how she manages talent and connects with other employees in the organization.
