I kept track of my emotions for a week and recorded a mixture. The happiness topped the list of my emotions. Fear, sadness, and anger followed in that order. Several beliefs informed these emotions. The first one is the belief that happiness is good for my emotional and physical health. Also, I believe that we cannot always be happy even when someone wrongs us. We face sad times that often come with the fear of losing a person or something valuable. This belief informed my sadness and fear emotions.
