A person from a culture that believes in the equality of people will communicate differently from a person from a culture that upholds status. As informed by Lustig and Koester (2013), culture can help predict human interactions. Therefore, the two individuals are most likely to be different in the way they communicate with others, both personally and professionally.
The person from the culture that believes in equality is likely to communicate with other people similarly regardless of their age or status.
