Interpersonal conflict

Essay Instructions:
For this week’s assignment you will be revisiting an interpersonal conflict you’ve had recently. Don’t worry, I won’t ask you to go back and have the conflict all over again, but hopefully you remember enough of the gory details to be able to discuss the conflict using the concepts and terminology you’ve learned in this week’s lecture or in previous weeks’ lectures. You can touch on things like - how interdependent is the relationship, what were the various conflict dimensions, did you or your communication partner commit any communication don’t's, such as criticizing, stonewalling or showing contempt, if so what was the result, and did the conflict have a positive, negative or neutral outcome? You may touch on these or any of the many other conflict and communication issues discussed in the lectures or in your textbook. Your response must be 2-3 pages in length. When you have completed your response, review it for spelling, grammar and formatting errors and then submit it to the assignment dropbox below.
