3. Determine the approach and leadership style with which you most identify and explain your reasons for your choice.
4. Determine what three resources or tools available through the Small Business Administration and SCORE would be the most useful to the type of business and entrepreneurial approach you identified with. Explain your reasons.
5. Use a minimum of three (3) quality external resources from the last five (5) years to support the content of the paper. (Note: Do not use Wiki sites.)

Bill Gates leadership uses participative style because he involves his subordinate in his decision making. He is very flexible and recognizes his role to be visionary to his company. If any he is needed to run his business he brings professional manager for managing and putting up a better structure of the organization. He is hard working and has a strong character. His judgment skills reflect the personality he has. He mainly involves his friends in his daily activities that help him achieve the great success Microsoft has gained in the past years (Junarso, 2009).
Gates uses several principles in making sure that his business attains its objectives. One of the principles that he has used over the years is the principle to “always pursue for success”. The world will never care who you are what actually matters is the service or he product that you produce. Gates has exploited this by coming up with creative ideas which he has sold to the greater world and achieved greatly in terms of profits.
No pain no gain. This is a slogan/principle that Bill Gates has often used in his many seminars all over the world. Without hard work and out most dedication success can never be achieved in any way. This is the basic life principle and also applies to the business world. Gate has worked hard over many years to create a good name and create a brand name Microsoft, by doing this people have responded by buying his products and therefore achieve his goals.
No matter how big or small a business is, everything matters. This will involve the small advices you get from your subordinates staff. It will also involve addressing the customer’s plea in addressing their problems. Thus by taking the simple steps Gates has improved his products and service to his customers; the customers appreciate his work and thus “run” his business (Thornberry, 2006).
Value your time. A day has only 24 hours Gates emphasizes on the value of time. Putting your time into process that can make you grow, make you succeed. This is what Gate has used over the years he has been the CEO of Microsoft. This mainly involves decision making, if you have an emergent decision to be made then time is of the essence in this case and time management will be the one to address your problem. Gate s has mastered the skill of time management and that is why he will continue to climb higher heights in the business world.
Another significant entrepreneur in the modern world is Mark Zuckerberg. Most of the world population is familiar with Facebook. It has over 800 million users with 70% of the users outside the U.S which is the home country of Mark. It has dominated the cyber space. The founder Mark has leadership style is that of an “analyzer”, one that not only welcomes change but also embraces it.
He first embraced change when deciding when to drop out of Harvard to become an entrepreneur, making his vision a reality in due course. He did this from his door room and strong interest in science and data through computer programming. He has also developed the ability and wisdom to use his development skills to construct communication tools that has helped set the world as a global village (Thornberry, 2006).
