After watching the YouTube video on model building for Blade Runner 2049, I am impressed by the amount of effort and attention to detail that goes into creating physical models for a film of this scale. The video shows the process of designing and building intricate models of futuristic buildings, vehicles, and landscapes used in the film's visual effects. The filmmakers wanted to create a tangible and natural world, and using physical models helped achieve that goal.
Undoubtedly, 3D computer-generated imagery (CGI) has revolutionized the film industry and allowed filmmakers to create fantastic worlds and creatures that would have been impossible to achieve with physical models alone.
