Motivation
It is quite motivating for me, whenever I am involved with a company that appreciates the efforts of the employees such as my current place of work. It is one thing to work hard and break new ground with personal and group projects, however, it is another to know that my efforts are being acknowledged (Capobianco, 2014). It is a satisfying feeling, whenever the management reaches out and gives the employees the accolades for their input. This helps in boosting the morale of the staff knowing that their efforts are part of what is driving the organization forward towards a goal and that they are being appreciated for their inputs.
