1 How does your organization/leaders link rewards and appreciation to standards of excellence?
My organization is focused on achieving its main objectives. It cannot achieve them without us workers working hard to achieve the departmental goals towards achieving the overall objectives. The organization motivates us by rewarding and appreciating the top performers in the organization. However, the rewarding criterion follows some set standards that must be met to determine who should be rewarded and who should not. These standards of excellence are what the leaders use to measure the performance levels of the employees.
