Communication can be expressed in various forms. People understand each other through communication which implies exchanging their thoughts and opinions. But despite that, conflicts and misunderstandings can still arise due to words and actions affected by various factors. Nonviolent Communication (NVC) would be the best way for an individual to present honest thoughts and opinions while still being concerned about the other party.
