Tesla is facing the problem of finding innovative charging, and we have selected needs-based segmentation tools, value proposition canvas, and SWOT analysis to help solve the charging issue problem. Firstly, we select a needs-based segmentation tool to help solve the problem, starting with segmenting the company's customers as a solution mechanism (3). These customers are categorized based on different but unique needs and their preferences for charging. Therefore, using this tool to solve Tesla's problem allows the company to tailor its business products and services and develop unique marketing strategies to meet customer demands and improve its customer base.
Secondly, we select the value proposition canvas as one of the tools that solves the charging issue in Tesla. It is an essential tool in business and marketing because the tool helps businesses to be able to design products or different services that are in line with the needs and desires of the customers. Therefore, what Tesla company offers will align with the customer's value. Lastly, we have selected the SWOT analysis tool because it is an effective tool used to assess Tesla’s internal strengths and weaknesses. We also use the tool to assess external opportunities and threats (1). We use this tool because it aids in strategic planning and in conducting risk assessments to identify areas of improvement to address the charging issue.
