I recently interviewed a friend concerning his current development. He is a 26 year old, young gentleman and a morally upright person. He is employed by a financial organization where he works as an accountant for the company. His career development is based on the establishment stage. He is a reliable contributor for the company. He is financially stable, responsible, works independently and delivers positive results for the company.
A special career management challenge that the friend is currently facing in his career was the crucial role he played in assisting the organization to survive the impacts of recent inflation.
