I agree with the decision made by Fred since it carried with it more advantages than the other two options. His decision has two main advantages; it is cost effective and also comes with numerous add-ons. Before the employment of any strategy, an organization should take into consideration not only the effectiveness of the strategy, but also its cost (Blanchard & Thacker, 2013). A good employee training package should have a balance between cost and effectiveness. By having personalized training programs with the sales teams, the session is more beneficial since it is individual-focused. At the end of it, it saves $20000, which is a reasonable amount to save, instead of going for the $8000 option which would have saved much more but raised eyebrows on the effectiveness of the training.
