Dial-a-Drink is a brand that deals with the sales of drinks in an on-demand angle where, through an app, consumers order their favorite drinks from the comfort of their homes. The orders are then delivered by Dial-a-Drink staff. The types of drinks offered under the brand name include both soft and alcoholic drinks. The soft drinks include fresh juice and processed drinks that are both ready to drink and dilute to drink. The alcoholic drinks offered include beer, vodka, whisky, wines, and spirits, as well as energy drinks. In addition to the online platforms, the brand also has outlets in strategic locations where consumers can order their preferred drinks over the counter.
Dial-a-Drink brand targets remote markets in different suburbs across all the states in America. Targeting the remote areas is because these areas are usually far away from reliable retail outlets hence the need to feel the gap. Secondly, the lack of reliable outlets to sell such drinks in remote areas also poses cost challenges to consumers who reside in such areas. This is because they have to incur extra transport costs to visit the shops situated far away to hold on to their favorite drinks. Finally, besides just incurring extra transportation costs, there is also an aspect of time-wasting as they spend more time traveling to the far away shops yet that time can be used to perform some constructive things.
