E-commerce is also known as online shopping where people may either buy or sell their goods or services via the internet. In this paper am going to focus on Netflix which is one of the largest online video streaming networks which allows its customers to watch a variety of television shows, movies and documentaries. Since the company was established in 1997 by Reed Hastings, Netflix has become a multi-billion video entertainment company. The company offers several services which include DVD and Blu-ray discs rental by mail and developing and producing its shows.
