Effective Communication on the Change Process
The change process is quite complex due to the fact that it involved quite a number of parties all of whom much be involved despite the dynamicity of such groups and their vested interests. One of the aspects that form the baseline to an effective and smooth change process through the transition of the various stages, is effective communication (Binneman, 2010). To convey the strategies of the stakeholders and their vision through the change process, there is need for effective communication principles to be applied at all stages. Whether a company is simply implementing a system change or even smaller changes, communication is key to the success of the same (Wikoff, 2016).
