The university has decided that they would like to revisit their corporate strategy, and want to know their options. If the University of Maine wanted to follow a concentration strategy, how could they continue to increase their market share of students? If they wanted to vertically integrate, what industries or firms would be good targets for vertical integration? Should the university consider international expansion? Why (and where) or why not? This assignment will provide you with practice in writing as a business analyst and will allow you to apply the frameworks you are learning in class to an industry you're familiar with.
