The rules and laws are made so that to adapt a discipline in a certain group. A students’ club is one that require the discipline of the highest order in governance and operations. The law rule expects people to be guided by accepted rules, instead of the arbitrary choices of the rulers. In addition, these rules ought to be abstract and general, certain and known, as well equal application to all the student members. Numerous constitutions in groups and associations are dependent on the past commitment to liberty under the law rule.
The most important attribute a perfect constitution and its implementation is through the making and implementation of rules and laws successfully. Constitutionalism does not allow the rulers to be above the law, as the power of the government is split with the laws passed by one body, being administered by another. In this case, the leadership of the club that needs to be formed through elections by the students need to ensure that these rules and laws are being followed. The rule making is a process of creating or promulgating regulations. The main purpose of law is preservation of freedom as well as moral agency (Cheeseman, 2013).
For the purpose of excellence in the performance of the club, the students require a set of rules and laws that will govern them. Moreover, the rules will well determine the seriousness and commitment of each student towards the club through their following the track.
