Dancing is essential to everyone in the society. Its benefits include; exercise, provides relaxation to our bodies, and it is also a form of socialization where people are able to exchange their feelings. It is good for everyone on an emotional, physical and religious grade. It doesn`t actually an issue on how an individual dance, or where the dance takes place, or with whom. It only needs a person to make some moves. Some people favor to take an organized class, others like to "go out" and dance in a club or other social places, and some like to just dance when nobody is round to glimpse. The music creates emotions and make people happy. Through dancing someone is able to exercise. In dance categories, people discover self-discipline and improve their recollections too. For some persons, discovering a great blend in class and working it over and over gives them the ability to feel free in the action as they get better and better at it so that they are able to understand oneness of mind, body and soul. Sophisticated and professional dancers have a wise method from a lifetime of hard work that creates flexibility, delight of movement, and power over their bodies that most persons hard never know.
Dancing is a mode of expression that is used to convey a message. Couples use it to express their intimacy to one another. This happens when people look into each others eyes while dancing to slow music. They grin, and the strong connection of their eyes help them to express their feelings. Everyone watching them is able to recognize the strong they have for each other, regardless of whether it's love or lust.
Dance is also a sign of art, in that it requires a group of people and the strong feelings of a person. For demonstration, a girl who pirouettes over a stage while accomplishing choreography appears graceful and dignified to many people, therefore, strongly felt appealing.
