QUESTION C:  The “Voice of America” program began in 1942 as a means by which the US could get its message to millions on topics ranging from social justice to political freedoms. This is a clear example of an effective use of the information instrument of power – explain how the US works to get its message out today – would you rate its efforts in this area to be successful? If not, what other means could the US use in this area? Justify and support your answer using your experience and source support from the assigned readings

If the why factor or root cause is not addressed the assessment is not providing the critical value required in the security field. The danger of addressing symptoms and not causes is primary in the security field. Make sure to drive to depth and address root causes.
