Implementation Steps in Action Research
Action research is the systematic way of observing and reflecting upon the educational realm, such as teaching and administration, to reduce weakness and increase strengths by identifying, implementing, and solving problems faced. Action research involves four stages which include: planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. Implementation falls under the acting stage of action research (Pardede, 2019). Reliability refers to how consistently a method measures data to obtain almost the same results when administered to different learners but under the same conditions. Validity refers to how accurately the implementation method would measure what is intended to measure by producing results that correspond to actual data collection properties (Taherdoost, 2016).
