A brief summary of the case. What is happening? (brief paragraph/bullet points)
What are the IHRM challenges facing the business?What solutions are being considered?What additional actions or recommendations would you have if you were the Head of HR?
I’ll be read through it as a presentation, is to be more less than 5 minutes and no more than 10 minutes long.The Case Studies and Presentations will be graded based on the following:
Professionalism – Overall quality of the PowerPoint slides and quality of the presentation itself. (5 pts)Application and Understanding - How will has the presenter applied the theory/learnings to indicate an understanding of the case. (5 pts)Insight – How well has the presenter provided additional insight to the case/presentation? (10 pts)
