Discuss the relationship between strategy and process in organizations and how do processes enable strategy? [max 200 words]  
Business organizations trade value with clients and other partners in a particular way (strategy). They achieve this through a chain of synchronized actions within various functional departments in an organization (process). Therefore, process involves establishing what tasks must be performed to realize certain goals, delegating those tasks to employees, and arranging those employees in a decision‐making structure. The outcome of the process is an organization; a whole unit that consists of distinct but integrated parts that act in harmony to perform tasks and accomplish goals, both efficiently and effectively. If the process is not undertaken effectively, the outcome may lead to uncertainty, discontent, limited effectiveness, and loss of efficiency. As a result, a proper process should establish an organizational environment where all employees know their responsibilities in the implementation of various strategies (Burlton 2010). In this case, there must be a smooth flow from day-to-day processes to strategy implementation, and back.
