Health care reform is one of the most debated topics in the U.S. right now and I am interested in health care as it is relevant to my professional development and it affects millions of Americans. While there is agreement that there is a need to improve access to care, there is no consensus on how to finance health and the manner in which the health reforms can enhance affordable and quality health care. “Most Americans receive employer-sponsored health insurance, which is heavily subsidized through the tax system.”
