1 What are some ways that “spiritual formation” was defined in your internet search? Respond with one to two sentences.The spiritual formation was generally defined as a process that implies applying various methods, but each differs in what holds within the said process itself. To be exact, one defined it as the process of being the same as Christ, while the other referred to it as both process and journey towards more connection to God, and last was described as the process of transformation of the most profound internal factor in human beings (Dallas Willard, n.d.; Renovaré, n.d.; Tyndale University, 2022).

Respond with one to two sentences.All three definitions were the same due to the end goal that they wanted to achieve after the process of spiritual formation, which was that they all want to achieve the connection towards their God and be able to communicate with them through their respective means. Another point would be their perception of this concept as a continuous process and should be done consistently (Dallas Willard, n.d.; Renovaré, n.d.; Tyndale University, 2022).

Respond with one to two sentences.The difference between the three articles would be the general source of their content to define and discuss spiritual formation as they also differ in the Gods that they worship and put faith in, respectively. To explain, one only defines it in the most generalized perspective while the other two relate to their respective sources, such as the Bible and the New Testaments, which hold their beliefs towards the spiritual formation (Dallas Willard, n.d.; Renovaré, n.d.; Tyndale University, 2022).

Spiritual formation is an essential factor in life as this helps people to mend and replenish their relationship with their God. It can also be observed from the definitions that spiritual formation significantly impacts the spiritual lives of people and amends all to have a more fulfilling and blessed life while fully being under the eyes of their respective Gods (Dallas Willard, n.d.; Renovaré, n.d.; Tyndale University, 2022).
