Donna Hicks's article “Dignity: Its Essential Role in Resolving Conflict” is a vital piece that centers its emphasis on leadership and its nature in contemporary operational settings. In the article, the central issue that the author explores is dignity and how it can be deployed in leadership to resolve various conflicts. Hicks (2021) views organizational conflict as a challenge that stems from loss of dignity.
