The strategy formulation phase is crucial for determining the future path of an organization. Broad internal constituent involvement in this context denotes including a range of internal stakeholders, from entry-level workers to top management (Fuertes et al., 2020). Thus, this inclusive participation accomplishes several goals. The first benefit is that it ensures an improved comprehension of the company's strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for expansion by leveraging insights from various internal actors. Therefore, with their hands-on experience, employees can contribute valuable insights into the strategy's practicality and relevance. Moreover, executives can offer long-term perspectives aligning with the organization's goals. Broad participation also encourages a sense of commitment and ownership among stakeholders.
