Among the barriers that will be faced by the implementation of this proposal are the chances of not fully eradicating the issue of nurse bullying. Most of the young nurses have upcoming financial obligations that require them to have a job in order to meet them. Therefore, due to their naivety and desire for money, they will be willing to do anything that would ensure that they maintain their jobs. In such cases, the senior nurses will still use threats to get the novice nurses into doing their tasks. This problem can be overcome by the management developing strict rules that clearly state the scope of work of the novice nurses.
