Due to diverse risk factors, mental health problems are significant issues that emerge within society. Several cases have been reported across the community of individuals with unstable mental health conditions. As the coordinator, I have gathered statistics from all medical facilities in the community. Based on the data, the situation is alarming.

Community Health Worker

The number of patients that I have tended to within the medical facility suffering from the condition is alarming. There has been a massive increase in the incidences of mental health instability within the community due to socio-economic factors and the emerging COVID-19 pandemic. The situation should be scrutinized to control the condition's impact.

Mental health issues affect the performance of employees negatively within the organizational setting. Depression and anxiety are vital matters that subject workers to poor performance. Some causes of mental health issues within the community include intensive work pressure (Granek et al., 2019). Emotional and physical demands are also major pathogenetic factors that result in mental health issues. Bullying and harassment in the working environment contribute to the dynamic aspect of mental health instability that alternatively derails the performance of employees. The essential technique that can be used to eliminate the issue is effective communication with the workers regarding the working conditions.
