One of these is a skill in conflict resolution. Many self-assessment strategies evaluate one's capacity to face and provide solutions for conflicts, which was done in one of our activities. The most effective strategy became clear when pondering the philosophical wisdom hidden in proverbs on conflict resolution and doing a self-assessment. These approaches provided an indicator of my reactions to conflicts, which further guided me on how to avoid the situation from aggravating.
