Measurable organizational values measure the failure or success of a business’s projects in terms of the desired impact of the project, which can be expressed in nonfinancial or in financial terms. Each aspect of measurable organizational values (MOV) denotes a verifiable and agreed-to measure, which mirrors an organizational goal in terms of the project’s desired outcome CITATION Roh17 \l 1033 (Thakral, 2017). In this case, the paper determines the strengths and weaknesses of ERP, BI, and CRM and the impact of each strength and weakness. It also highlights the (MOV) that will come along with the introduction of the new system and enlists the potential benefits of the values.
