Kimball’s restaurant needs a new POS system for its growth and profitability. One of the benefits of installing a new POS system in Kimball’s restaurant is correctly tracked sales. The system tracks each sale the restaurant makes with ease and accuracy. In addition, the system's valuable tracking capabilities enable the staff to concentrate more on serving customers (Sousa & Oz).
Another benefit is customer loyalty. This system will support restaurant loyalty programs that offer discounts and incentives to returning customers (Sousa & Oz).
