1 What were the interests of parties involved?
The primary interest of the parties involved are that both had an interest of making profits from selling the different products to the market. Nevertheless the Taiwanese had an aim of growing its company name in order for it to be recognized in different geographical regions. Barbara also wished to grow her business and market her products across the Far East market.
2 What went wrong?
The problem arose when the Taiwanese delayed to sign in the contract which was proposed by Barbara.
