The process that I plan to utilize to conduct research will be by first formulating a research topic and outlining the problem statement and the target population for the project. I will use a mixed research methodology to collect primary data via interviews and surveys and do a literature review on the research question. Study findings I will apply to the project.
The preliminary outline that shows how I anticipate organizing the project deliverable includes: (i) scope planning - identifying the project's in-scope needs to support the creation of the work breakdown structure (WBS); (ii) WBS preparation; (iii) project schedule preparations; (iv) resource and budgeting; (v) risk mitigation; and (vi) communications preparation.
