Thus, this case study focuses on the challenges Blaze Mining faced, the action research method used to solve them, and how interventions were applied to change the firm. Type of Change Occurring Blaze Mining is experiencing a transformative development. The dynamics of leadership, corporate culture, and operational strategy are undergoing substantial changes due to this transformation (El-Amin & George, 2020). The current leadership needs to be united and made into a robust and united front. The organization’s performance and sustainability will be improved due to this significant reform. It also seeks to increase communication and cooperation within divisions and realign the organization with its basic principles. The realization that the company’s competitive advantage can only be revived through a thorough, systematic makeover has prompted the necessity of this massive overhaul. Action Research Process The action research framework in Blaze Mining includes the diagnosis, design, implementation, and assessment of organizational and leadership challenges. Firstly, data collection involves questionnaires, interviews, and observations to ascertain the root causes of conflict. The strategies to build a solid organizational culture and improve vertical and horizontal cooperation among leadership will be developed based on these insights in an action plan, including specific interventions (Gularso & Subekti, 2023). After that, these interventions will be implemented through special departmental activities and organized seminars.
